Terms and Conditions for Crocus Hill Kayaking
Introduction
Welcome to Crocus Hill Kayaking. By booking a kayaking trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your responsibilities and our liability concerning the services provided. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our office directly.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

We accept various forms of payment including credit card, debit card, and online payment services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the trip.

Crocus Hill Kayaking reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative booking will be offered.
Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that kayaking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Capsizing and drowning.

Collisions with other watercraft or objects.

Adverse weather conditions.

Wildlife encounters.

Physical exertion and strain.

By participating in our kayaking trips, you agree to assume all risks and hazards associated with the activity.
Liability Waiver

Crocus Hill Kayaking, its employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in our kayaking trips.

Participants must agree to the liability waiver during online booking or sign a liability waiver before embarking on any kayaking trip.
Health and Safety

Participants must be in good physical condition and free from any health issues that could be aggravated by kayaking.

It is the participant's responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or concerns prior to the trip.

Life jackets and other safety equipment provided by Crocus Hill Kayaking must be worn at all times while on the water.
Conduct and Behaviour

Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by our guides and staff.

Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
Equipment and Property

Participants are responsible for the care and return of any equipment provided by Crocus Hill Kayaking.

Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the participant.
Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
Amendments

Crocus Hill Kayaking reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking and participating in a kayaking trip with Crocus Hill Kayaking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
